Return & Exchange

For any return and exchange request please write to us on wecare@noosh.co.in 

Please make a note of the things you need to keep in mind while making a request for an exchange or return:

  • In case of a product that you want to get exchanged, you must put in a request for the same within (10) days of receiving the product.
  • Please mention the alternate size in exchange for your current pair.
  • In case of an exchange with a different product, you will have to make a return after which you will receive Noosh credits. You can then use these credits to purchase another pair of NOOSH footwear.
  • In case of a product that you want to return, you must put in a request for the same within (10) days of receiving the product.
  • If you receive a damaged product and wish to get it exchanged, we request you to take a picture and record a video of the same.
  • Once we receive an exchange or return request from you, we will address the issue and then send our logistics partner for the pick up from the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order.
  • To be eligible for an exchange or return the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Products on sale are NOT eligible for exchange and returns.
